Understanding Patient Data is following the COVID-19 situation closely. This statement explains how we’ve changed our ways of working and offers support to our partners.
The Understanding Patient Data team is usually based at the Wellcome Trust offices, which have closed this week. Wellcome made this decision in the interests of the health and wellbeing of staff, service partners, tenants, contractors and visitors.
Despite this, Wellcome, and Understanding Patient Data, are very much open for business and we are working remotely.
Lots of people Understanding Patient Data works with will be directly involved in the response. We want to take this time to say a huge thank you to our colleagues and partners working extremely hard to understand and manage the pandemic. We are very grateful for everything you’re doing.
We’ll be keeping in touch with partners and colleagues remotely, and if there’s anything we can do to support the patient data community at this time, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We will continue to use our regular communication channels (email, phone, video conferencing, website, twitter).
